HSPPA

The Hellenic Single Public Procurement Authority (HSPPA) is an independent administrative authority in Greece whose purpose is:

-develop and promote national strategy, policy, and action in the field of public procurement,

-ensuring transparency, efficiency, consistency, and harmonization of public procurement award and execution procedures with national and EU law,

-continuously improving the legal framework for public procurement and ensuring compliance with it by public bodies and contracting authorities, as well as

-resolving disputes arising in the stage prior to the conclusion of public works, supply, and service contracts, following the lodging of a preliminary appeal.
